Aqua Massage And More
Power Requirements
Our Aqua Massage beds run on 220 volt, 50 amp, single phase, double pull. Our techs will provide a pigtail for your electrician to wire into to the breaker.We then plug into the pigtail and can be as far away as 100ft from the breaker box. We have provided our services to over 2400 schools and have never had any problems. There isn’t a school out there that we can’t work with and do an event at so don’t panic. It is advisable that you may want to have your electrician on hand to help you with any questions or concerns you may have.
Generator Rental
If you would like to make it even easier on yourself and not go through any headaches with an electrician, a generator is available for you to rent. We do ask that you pay an extra $300.00 to the total cost of the show. Generators come quite in handy when hosting an outdoor event or if you think you do not have the correct power supply for us. If you are worried about the cost, we may be able to work with you on that so that everyone is happy and so it’s a win-win situation.
Water Beds
Our Aqua Massage beds are 33 5/8 inches in width and 7ft 7inches in length. We are able to fit through any standard doorway, but it is always helpful you have a doorway that can breakdown. In all of our years we have not had a problem with any doors, elevators, hallways, ramps, ECT. If you need us to use a ramp it is highly advisable that it is a handicap accessible ramp. During the season, 90% of the time our beds come to you pre-filled with water, but there is that 10% where they are not due to temperatures during the winter months where it is at or below freezing. If this is the case we do ask that we have access to some sort of water supply so that we may fill the beds up before the show.
Oxygen Bar
We offer an Oxygen Bar and if you would like to have this at your event (please see website for photos and details). The O2 bar can handle anywhere from 3 to 8 people at one time. The rental cost is determined by the amount of users required.
Massages
In order for your event to run smoothly we do recommend that the massages are done in a timely matter. It is advised that they are from 3 to 5 minutes per person and could go up to 20 minutes if needed or if there is time. If you are having a massage specialist at your event please realize that they are striving to cater to as many people as physically possible but they can only do so much. In our years we average about 400 massages per show, if not more.
Volunteers
Volunteers are greatly appreciated. Our drivers are normally on the road for long periods of time and it’s nice to have some people to help set up. We also have found out that students enjoy working with other students during the program.
Outdoor and Indoor Events
Outdoor events are always just as exciting as an indoor event. We do provide tents and generators with are built into the cost of the show (please see website for photos). It is advisable that you do have a back up location just in case of bad weather or heavy rain. We will work with you as much as possible to provide the best event possible. Keep in mind that your back up location needs to have enough space for everyone and for the event. The generator will already be there so there will be no problem with power.
Indoor events do not have the generator built into cost. Please make note of this and see ‘Generator Rental’ above. Make sure that the location will be able to provide enough space for the event and for the event to run as smooth as possible. This just causes fewer headaches and will make things more enjoyable for everyone.
Show Evaluation Form
At the end of all of our shows we will provide the client with an evaluation form. This helps us to know what we need to work on, what went well, what went wrong, and what can we do better or just flat out if you want to give us a compliment. It is appreciated that you help us with this so that if things didn’t go as planned, next time we can perfect it.
Insurance
We can provide a COI. If you are looking to have it personalized please know that it will be a $100.00 charge added to the total cost of show.
Meals and Lodging
To keep costs down we do ask that schools provide us with meals and accommidations for our drivers. We require one hotel room with two double beds booked for two nights. This would include the night before and the night of the event. One meal shall be provided day of show while at the event or after the event. In the event where a school does not cover the meals and accommidations a $250.00 charge is added to the show cost.
